peter kerrigan BEng CEng MIStruct E. director

the principle director and senior chartered structural engineer, peter has over 15 years experience working on a variety of buildings from timber frame housing to multi storey steel and concrete framed structures in the european market place. he has lived in the turks and caicos islands since 2001, overseeing countless prestigious projects including the palms, amanyara, and ambergris cay. peter is currently a committee member of the "institution of structural engineers" caribbean division.


judith robinson-ewing director

co-founder and administrator, Judith co-ordinates the various component parts of eds ltd. and oversees aspects of administration such as accounts and quality assurance procedures.


michael kerrigan financial controller

as a chartered accountant and mechanical engineer, michael is the company’s financial controller. operating out of northern ireland, he is responsible for the financial health and planning of eds.


robbie mayon engineer

robbie graduated from dublin institute of technology in 2003 with a higher diploma in civil and structural engineering. he completed his studies at aberdeen university in 2006 with a bachelor of engineering. he joined eds ltd. in 2006 and has been involved in projects such as molasses reef at west caicos, grace bay estates, the velagio, and the tanoi resort.


leslie chang chumpen engineer

structural engineer, leslie obtained her degree in civil engineering from the national university of engineering in peru. after obtaining a master's degree in disaster mitigation and earthquake engineering in japan. She worked as a junior researcher and published papers in international conferences. leslie currently works on the dellis cay project.


ariel arcebuche ong engineer

structural engineer and earthquake engineering specialist, educated in the philippines and japan. he obtained 11th place in the may 1999 civil engineering national board exams in the philippines, and has a degree in earthquake engineering and disaster mitigation. he joined eds ltd. in 2007 and is currently involved in the dellis cay development project.


jodi ann bramwell engineer

jodi obtained her degree in civil engineering from the university of delaware in the us. she worked as a project engineer in the bridge division of the maryland state highway administration after which she joined eds to include the design of reinforced concrete buildings to her portfolio. jodi is currently undertaking course work with the university of connecticut to obtain a master's degree in structural engineering with emphasis on seismic design.
